For this year, Kamikochi Myojin-pond Ofune Festival will be held on 8th of October. It has been held since 1951, for the pray to show the thank for the God of the Mountain. On the day of festival, you can see two boats will floating on the Myojin pond with people wearing Kimono and playing some ancient Japanese court music.
